This is known as the Whole Language Approach<\/strong>. Using this methodology, the student is taught how to integrate vocabulary and grammatical knowledge to oral communication. In this manner, the student learns to build his\/her own sentences, rather than simply repeating something he\/she has heard before. Audiovisual resources (cassettes, CDs) are used as tools in the classroom.
