Thank you for your enthusiasm and interest in learning our language. We are innovators in the field of education, and we can adapt our curriculum to your needs, requirements and special projects. Attached you will find information about our Spanish Individual [Private] Programs. Candidates will be evaluated (if necessary) orally in order to confirm placement level. Students can expect to attain a conversational level of knowledge after completing at least three 60 lesson courses. They receive a certificate for each 60 lesson modules where they will receive a certificate of participation and a final evaluation.
The schedules are flexible but in most cases we have to coordinate individual courses between 11:00am and 4:00pm on Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The procedure for starting lessons at Pan American is as follows: as soon as the student has paid the invoice for contracted lesson, a release is sent to the Coordination Department. If the potential student does not need an evaluation (only necessary if the student has any previous Spanish training), then the student will let us know the schedule they wish to take classes. It takes us about two weeks to start a student once the release is in the Department. If you wish, you could let me know the schedule (2xweek for 1.5 hour class is the minimum recommended) beforehand, so that we start working on coordination, we do not have private courses on Saturday.
For payment, you have several options:
1. Evaluate and/or Enroll ($2,680): If you pay the entire amount you receive the admission ticket (without any conditions), your seat is secure and do not have to return until the first day of class. This option saves you the $75 payment plan fee.
2. Evaluate & Make Payment Plan ($2,755): The first payment will be $808.75 plus three payments of $648.75. The payment plan has a $75 fee that is included in this breakdown. To apply for the Payment Plan, you must provide documentation of two separate accounts as collateral (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, deposit slip, or bank statement). It is important that these guarantees are not from the same account. For example, you cannot bring an ATM with a VISA logo + an Account Statement from that same account. You must bring all documents and a valid ID when filling out the Payment Plan Contract. This payment plan is NOT available for Corporations.
